Synod Meetings:

The next Higham Deanery Synod meeting will be at Ringstead Village Hall ( in the High Street) on Thursday 19th June. The speaker will be Bob Purser, Diocesan Officer for Churches in New Communities.

This will be very relevant as there is considerable new housing planned within the Higham Deanery.

Diocesan Strategy Meetings "Releasing Ministry" are being held on Sundays 10,17,24 February and 9th March at various venues in the Diocese.

Tuesday 14th October 2008, 7 for 7.30pm: the Dean of Peterborough (Very Revd Charles Taylor), at St Peter’s Church, Irthlingborough.

Saturday 15th March at St Mary's Rushden. Doug Horley, worship leader. 2pm seminar (£5), evening praise party (£1).

Saturday 8th March 9.30am-5pm at Whitefriars Junior School. "Walk through the Old Testament"
- a chance to learn in an active and fun way everything you ever wanted to know about the Old Testament.

Sunday 8th June at Woodford. Civic Service.
